Shipping and returns

We ship perfumes and D'Antonio Labs products across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Here are the costs, delivery times and how to return a product.
1Shipping
- Where. Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
- Cost. CHF 9.00 per order. Free on orders from CHF 80 in goods.
- Delivery time. Swiss Post delivers in 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Payment. Card or wallet on Stripe's secure page. Prices in CHF, VAT included.
2Returns within 14 days
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery if it is new, unopened and unused, in its original packaging with the seal or cellophane intact.
- 1. Write to us within 14 days of delivery through the contact page, with your order number and the product.
- 2. We reply with the return address. Return shipping is at your cost.
- 3. Once we have received and checked the product, we refund the price within 14 days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs of the original order are not refunded, unless we made a mistake.
3What we can't take back
For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of:
- perfumes that have been opened or sprayed, or whose seal or cellophane has been removed;
- opened supplements and skincare products;
- samples and free gifts.
4Damaged or wrong products
If a parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong product, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, shipping included, and collect it at our cost.
5Legal warranty
This returns policy is a voluntary service and does not limit your warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations.
